By submitting our form, purchasing a subscription or using our website and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We design, build, host and maintain a website for your cleaning business, including hosting, SSL, a basic scheduling and booking app, design updates and support, as described on our website at the time of purchase. Specific features may change or improve over time.

The subscription is $99 per month, charged in advance on a recurring basis to your chosen payment method until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply. Failed or overdue payments may result in suspension of the service.

You may cancel at any time by emailing support@themestreet.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and payments already made are non-refundable unless required by law. On cancellation the hosted website is taken offline.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content, logos, images and business information you provide, for holding the rights to use them, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive purposes.

You retain ownership of the content you supply. We retain ownership of our templates, designs, code and underlying platform, which are licensed to you for use only while your subscription is active.

The service may integrate with third party tools such as booking platforms, payment processors and analytics providers. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or performance.

We aim to keep your website available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, as maintenance, updates and third-party outages can occur. Support is provided by email during normal business hours.

We may contact you about your enquiry, consultation, account and service. Marketing calls and texts are sent only where you have given optional consent, which you may withdraw at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when published on this page, and continued use of the service means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, and the courts of Delaware have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have locally.

Our SMS programme is used to confirm that we have received your consultation request, to ask one qualifying question about your cleaning business, to follow up about scheduling or confirming your consultation, and to send occasional promotional offers about our $99 per month website service.

Consent to receive text messages is entirely optional and is not a condition of purchase. If you prefer not to receive texts, you can contact us instead at support@themestreet.net or +1 305-400-2117.

Message frequency varies, up to approximately 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Any such charges are billed by your own mobile carrier; ThemeStreet does not charge you for the messages.

To opt out, text STOP to the number the message came from. We will send a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will follow. You can also opt out by emailing support@themestreet.net or calling +1 305-400-2117.

Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and ThemeStreet is likewise not liable for delays in receipt or failures to deliver.

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in. By opting in you confirm that you are at least 18.

The programme is available on most major United States carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS and US Cellular. Carrier participation may change without notice. T-Mobile and other participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
